Medical-grade cranial prosthetics, trichology consultations, and certain scalp treatments may be eligible for reimbursement depending on your provider and diagnosis. We guide you through the documentation process with care and clarity.

Studio Nicki Spice does not bill insurance directly. We provide clinical documentation and invoicing to support client-submitted reimbursement claims. Eligibility varies by provider, plan, and diagnosis. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm your specific coverage.

• Medical Grade Cranial Prosthetics

  For clients with diagnosed medical conditions including alopecia, CCCA, Discoid Lupus, and chemotherapy-related hair loss. Most commonly eligible for reimbursement with a physician diagnosis.

• Trichology Consultation

  Clinical scalp analysis and hair loss assessment conducted by our Certified Trichologist. Documentation provided for submission to your provider.

• Scalp and Hair Loss Treatments

  Targeted in-studio scalp treatments for diagnosed conditions may qualify depending on your plan and provider requirements.

• Custom Hair Units

  Custom-fitted hair units for medically induced hair loss. Clinical invoicing and documentation available upon request to support your claim.
