Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations. Failure to do so not only results in a full charge but also prevents other clients from booking the available time slot, leading to lost opportunities and revenue. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service, as well as no-shows, will be charged in full.
